Thornaby Town Council is pleased to announce the appointment of Councillor Les Hodge as Mayor and Chair of Thornaby Town Council for the forthcoming civic year. Council also expressed delight that the Mayor will once again be supported by his wife, Councillor Julie Hodge, who will serve as Consort Mayoress.
Council would also like to congratulate Councillor Mark Fairbairn on his appointment as Deputy Mayor and Vice Chair.
Councillors Les Hodge, Julie Hodge and Mark Fairbairn bring a wealth of experience, dedication and commitment to serving the people of Thornaby. Council looks forward to continuing to work with them to deliver quality services and support for the town and community in the year ahead.
