The COPA (Cleveland Online Policing App) gives people across Cleveland a quick and simple way to connect with Cleveland Police and the Police and Crime Commissioner about local safety concerns. You can download the free app on Apple or Android with just a few taps.
🔍 What you can do with COPA:
- Report nuisance behaviour, antisocial activity and community issues directly.
- Ask questions or seek advice about policing and local safety.
- Give feedback—whether it’s praise or concerns—about your experiences with the police.
- Access useful links for crime prevention and victim support.
- Report crime anonymously via CrimeStoppers, if you prefer.
- Quickly get through to the police’s non-emergency reporting form for things that need attention.

Use COPA to send in details, photos or video — this helps police build intelligence, prioritise hotspots and take action where needed. Officers in Cleveland have used community-submitted reports to target illegal off-road bikes causing antisocial behaviour in neighbourhoods.
